This vintage, dominated by Rolle, grape variety of Provence. It focuses on spicy freshness, with a crisp and greedy tone. Beautiful aromatic expression on the immediate pleasure with a complexity that gives this wine all its character. Color : Beautiful gold-green color with yellow reflections. Aromas: The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, lime, quince paste, with notes of green asparagus associated with spices – thyme, rosemary-, scents of caramelized yellow fruits, graphite, all immersed in a sweet, pervasive aromatic intensity. Palate: The palate is fresh, with a nice crunchy tension balanced on a fleshy fruity taste,a saline and sappy minerality with noble bitter notes that make you salivate persistently.
