This vintage, dominated by Grenache, partially blended with the emblematic grape variety of TORPEZ à Saint Tropez, Tibouren focuses on freshness and minerality A wine of character for delicate dishes. Color : A beautiful very light peach pink color, brilliant with lychee reflections. Aromas : The nose is elegant and captivating with scents of jasmine and honeysuckle, complex aromas with notes of persimmon, kiwi, feijoa, clementine and yellow melon, and spicy nuances. Palate : The mouth is full, round, fleshy with a nice grain of tannin wich supports everything by conferring structure, complexity, chiselled material with a saline and mineral finish, persistent with small noble bitters.
